For first-time readers, I've tried to post these in the order that you should probably read them (see links below). Feel free to skip around, but I'm trying to organize these in a structural way... foundation up!
These are things that are personal to me... they are in no way meant to insult, or cause strife...
I'm just trying to get all of this down for my children and future grandchildren to give them something else to consider should I not be on this earth much longer or my E-Sword crashes and I lose 30+ years of notes.
This is my way of posting what I have personally learned in order to share with them in case I don't get another chance.
I'm convinced of my beliefs (whether right or wrong) and am only trying to help that one person that these blogs may benefit.
You
don't have to read these at all - if you don't like it, don't read it and
don't send me hate-mail... I've done that before and won't do it again.
I'm usually ready to "give an answer" (1 Pe
3:15), but won't waste my time on non-Scriptural arguments. If you don't
like what I'm saying - close the page, and move on.
Php 2:12b-16 ...work out your own salvation with fear and trembling [don't take what I say as Truth... study for yourself]. For it is God which works in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure. Do all things without murmurings and disputings: That you may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom you shine as lights in the world; Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.
Believe me, I would not dare post these things if I were not at Peace with my Father, Jesus, and myself.
Try to follow the pattern of the Bereans:
Act 17:11 These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and SEARCHED THE SCRIPTURES DAILY, whether those things were so.
